Terrace Gardens apartments are 1 Bedroom/1 Bath with a Full Kitchen. Each is equipped with 24-hour monitored emergency pull cords, plush carpet, as well as window treatments and a private balcony/patio.

Our waiting list is currently open to applicants age 62 or over.
Current Rates:
$1525 = 1 person (includes dinner program meals)
$1850 – 2 persons (includes dinner program meals)
All rates are subject to change. Security Deposit is $500.
